Kid, this is by far the best advice in the thread. I would add (possibly with some controversy) that you should take rules posts more seriously from respected dealers and floors who post here. (Suit, PSandman, many others that you will come to recognize.)
However, take with a grain of salt the employee sympathy that OCCASIONALLY gets posted by other casino employees, and only worry 100% about what's in your own best interest. If you let something slide, do it because you don't want to alienate the people who pay your bills, or because you don't want to be treated poorly by managers in the future over something small if this is the only room you can play in.
If you're being wronged by a dealer, don't worry about the bigger picture or his side of the story, or maybe if he's having a bad day, etc. etc., like you'll see here sometimes. That's between him and his employer. Simply call the floor and speak calmly and rationally. That .0001% of equity he may have lost you wasn't his to give away, and that was an egregious offense.
