the big part is that the casino should pay for the mistakes of their help. that happens in many or most businesses everywhere. if that happened then they would train their dealers and floor properly and few if any costly mistakes would be made.
although almost all times i see something like this happen the player is one who brings problems on himself. tanking for a long time and just sitting there and not letting people know you are stalling brings on problems as it isnt known by all what is going on.
