So they gave each of you what you thought you 'deserved'? Sounds like good customer service to me ... cruise/resort don't want anyone making waves, so they just yield and 'make right' in hopes of moving on with as little dust as possible. GL

Sorry Answer. I have to disagree. Cruise ship casinos are run separate ftom the rest oh the activities. But even the rest of the ship has changed in the last X years. Everything is much more a “business” now and the casinos even more so. Customer service isn’t what it was 7 years ago.

That's too bad to hear. My last cruise was at least that long ago and we are looking at 2021 for the next one. Cruises are like the airlines, you only hear about the really bad stuff .. It's amazing to me that they can still get people piling on top of one another for dates that are 15 months out!! GL

Don’t get me wrong. They are still a nice vacation. You just are not as pampered as you used to be. And less is free. They seriously work on monetizing their Assets. Think Disney but not quite that bad.

I mean we still usually cruise 3 times a year. We do it as cheap dive trips. And my wife is a casino degenerate so we get several “free” cruises every year.
