After my 10th failed long term relationship, I finally had to admit to myself that the only thing in common with all of the women I had dated, was me.
There's something to be said about this. It could be that because of earlier problems OP, you're subconsciously giving off a hatred for this dealer which she is picking up and making the situation happen each time and worse. Even the omaha hand could just be the dealer's mind not being on the game and nothing personal against you. Maybe she has problems at home etc. Or Maybe you remind her of her husband, or ex or something.
But in either case, I agree. Just remove yourself when she sits down.
