I wouldn't sweat about this happening at a casino table, much, much, much less at a charity room table. Much worse sins are committed on the reg (ones that a gaming commission would actually care about) than a rare accident where a player keeps things honest. You could easily explain something like this away as a dealer mistake anyway (he didn't mean to muck his cards, the dealer snatched them etc.).
