How.in.the.world do you ppl manage to win so much in a 1-2 game?

Lots of run good. Like,flop quads with your under pair.

Flopped the nut flush in a 3 way pot.

Those were the major ones.

In my case the $1/2 game played absolutely nothing like a $1/2 game, more like a really deep $2/5. 8/9 players at the table had stacks >$500, with 3 of us >$1k. Std open raise size was $25, often with 5 callers, and everyone overvaluing their hands atrociously with no concept of deepstack play.

Stampede is a money factory.

Here is my addition

1/2 - AA vs QQ AIPF for $900, flopped straight vs. set of 9's on QJ9 board, J9 vs. AK on KQ10.



2/5 - Nothing crazy - just winning pots and running good



PS - I suck at stacking chips

heh, no prob. It's just that I don't get to play much NL (there's a spread limit at CAZ but if you saw the pots at 8-16 you might be like me and prefer that game) and I'm simply amazed that players are willing to put $900 AI pre w/ QQ or call huge bets w/ only 1 pair. Must be quite a thrill when that does happen, gg you ppl that it happens to, I'm jelly.

I was in for $250 and out with $1153. I sat down at this table when it was 4 handed at 730am and left at 1100am. The worst part was, the 3 seat had $1600+ and we didn't even tangle.

$550 @ 1/2NL -- Hollywood Casino, Grantville, PA. damn iphone died before I went on a heater and ended up with $1,600 for the night. I was also down to $19 at one point at this table. Originally bought in for $100, no reloads. Cashed out around $1,680.

Craziest O8 game I have ever played in...

First pic looks great - dealer had the pot stacked very neatly. Second is even greater - did you scoop that pot?

What were the limits on this game, and is it a full kill or half kill?

Anyhow, I ended up patiently waiting another 3.5 hours before they finally got the 2-100 spread-limit Omaha game going (blinds $1 and $2), albeit short-handed. I played until about 2am when the game broke, bought in for $200, cashing out for $550 (sorry, no pic). The table never filled, at most it was six-handed. Had one hand where the board on the river had AKJxx unpaired & unsuited, I had QTxx, back and forth max bets vs. seat 2, who turned out to have QQTT. Chop it up. Another hand where I called a flat raise to $30 preflop, going 3-handed to the flop with TT22, flop came Txx rainbow. I bet $80, other two folded. Plenty of rungood.

Can confirm game is pretty insane. Walking into the room yesterday it looked super bad to me with tons of under 30 players but it really does play super soft. 10x pre flop was pretty standard at my table with people just stacking off with any pair. Was out for 1500 myself in 6 hours.
