Hi, can anyone direct me to official requirements for how casinos manage live poker games in the UK?

This is a regulated activity so I presume there are lots of documented regulations.

In this case I have a dispute with Grosvenor. The dealer made an error and accidentally returned too many chips to my opponent after I won the pot. It was about £350 out of a pot of about £1050 in a 2-2 game, so in that context a big error.

Despite all being under camera/microphone, the casino claimed they couldn't work out how much it was. The gentleman who had my chips, said (through someone acting as an interpreter) that it couldn't possibly be as much as that. He offered to give me £100.

Despite acknowledging the facts, the casino said there was nothing they could do and suggested I take the £100. I don't consider that to be an adequate response. I didn't take the £100 as I felt that might prejudice my position.
