Hi fellas, it's my first time posting here. Been working as a dealer for about 7 months now. Was a fun job at first but to be honest it's really tiresome and I feel like I am on the wrong side of the table alot (more +ev to play).

Haha, I would be a huge fan of this and am generally quiet by nature. Was actually playing a few days ago and the dealers made lots of silly comment sand I was like wtf shut up and deal! Ie board is TT9xx and theres a bet and a fold in a 100+ pot and the winner flashes a single 9 and the dealer announces full house 9s.
We have one dealer that all the players hate cuz he talks too much and always says the miseur or whatever. He also "sings" hands at showdown. and here ladies and gentleman we have a FULL house OMG. Yesterday someone had a royal in omaha and he anounced royal (i hear this 3 tables away). A minute later I hear the player who won the pot say muck the damn cards and start dealing the next hand. "But it's my first royal and it's special to me" <-- dealer.
Today we're pulling boxes and one of the "slides" that locks the top of the box doesnt lock in and the floor explains it will cut your finger clean off (if you are messing with the key trying to lock it after its out of table). I joking move my hand toward the opening and another dealer says "no not you, you might need your fingers; unlike xx (dealer from earlier) he has no chance.
