When there is a time that you have no doubt a player needs to go it is on you to make sure your floor is aware that THIS is one of those times. Don't be afraid to just say it. This leaves no doubt to the floor that they need to act. So many supervisors are afraid to do anything until you've made it clear that they need to. Once you've done this they are throwing themselves under the bus if they don't do something. I have been in the business long enough to know that look that a dealer gives me when they think I need to handle someone and have zero fear in dealing with problem patrons, but I remember being that new guy that was afraid to deal with it.

Is there some magic phrase to use to a floor to indicate that a player needs to be gone NOW?
In your situation I would prefer you just call me over to you so you can discretely tell me "seat 4 has to go. He's out of it and can't keep up with the game and it is causing a major problem".
I really don't care if someone overhears this because he HAS to go.
If a guy is just being a dick like the OP go ahead and call him out. "seat 4 just called me a ****ing whiteboy and told me to deal better. I'm uncomfortable with continuing to deal with him here". At this point if your floor doesn't pull the guy off the game you have a terrible supervisor.
