If someone were in my house and say we are playing a home game. They pull out their phone or camera and started recording. I ask them not to record in my house. They say eff you I HAVE A RIGHT TO RECORD! There is a high probability they would start receiving overhand rights to the middle of their face.

There's also a high probability you get arrested for assault because you chose to hit someone over words you didn't like. Might want to reconsider such a poor reaction.

First you are not in OK, you are on Tribal land of a sovereign nation.

Second, the OK statute, were it even applicable on tribal land, is a common carrier statute. Was the casino calling you on your cell phone or a land line? If not, who cares what it says, it has zero bearing on your situation.

Third, you are an idiot if you believe that a casino (and many other locations) can't ban recording, video or audio. If you attend a live concert, do you believe that gives you the right to record the event and then distribute bootleg copies?

Fourth, before you decide to become your own lawyer you might want to try attending law school and studying.
