I was pointing out that most casinos are located in places where the police are stretched thin. Foxwoods seems pretty nice and one of the major exceptions.
Nobody is helping society by clogging up the legal system with minor, solvable problems in places where the police are stretched thin.
Of course, one can argue that THIS problem isn't minor/solvable. And I accepted that disagreement for most of the thread. But Rapini is not just arguing this problem isn't minor/solvable, but also even more minor things like someone knocking over your chip stack deserve the attention of the law. That is an incredible waste of police and legal resources no matter where you live.
