Any poker in HCMC Vietnam?

Hey guys,

Im based in Ho chi minh city ( Saigon) in Vietnam and I am trying hard to find a place to play but there seems to have all the casinos/poker clubs closed down.

If anyone is around there, would you mind sharing more info about it?

This is 6 month old info, but there is a place called Pro Poker Club. Cash games are illegal so there is a loophole where everybody pays a fee upfront, kind of like a tournament. They also regularly have the APT

Recently opened. I was there during APT when they had quite a few games running. 25K/50K/100K VND (about 1/2/4 USD, 3 blinds) and another game of 100K/200K. You pay 11M VND for 10M VND in chips but there was NO RAKE! Pretty good deal if you plan to play a long session. I'm not 100% sure if you have to pay the 10% extra on subsequent buyins.

According to their FB page they are closed for renovations until 15th August and I don't know for sure if they'll have cash games again. I'll probably go check it out evening of the 15th (I don't live in HCMC but visit regularly for business).

Looks like Pro Poker Club may have stopped having cash games. At least that's what they said when I went two weeks ago.

I will be in HCMC in two weeks. Are there any places that still offer those SnG games? If not which poker rooms or casinos would you recommend at the moment? Pro Poker Club? Imperial Poker Club?
