1000-0 PLO at the commerce and the best place to play Omaha In LA

Can someone explain what the 1000-0 PLO game is at the commerce and does it play like a 1-2 PLO Game or is it much bigger?
Also, where is the best place to play PLO in LA?

commerce lists the buyins in its games so 1000-0 is $1000 buyin to uncapped and 10-20 blinds plo i believe. They have a 1-2 plo its 100-300 plo i think though. the 5-5 with a $10 rock game is 500-1500 plo
