I imagine it was influenced by 'security' or 'cage' that pulls boxes. This is a pretty busy room and to only have to pull boxes once a day offers labor savings for sure. They roll their BBJ at 6 PM each day but I can't pin down a time that they are in the room for changeover.
You can't deny it's a lot easier to count less chips, but you also can't deny how much more visible those reds are when they fill up the tray 2-3 times during a long session. They must be numb to it because there is very little chatter about it from what I've experienced. GL
