Hey guys,
What are ways that you guys tap into your A game, or just set yourself up to play well consistently? I usually play my B game or better live and I feel quite content, but online I suddenly get frustrated and spewy really easily and play my C game... or worse. Any tips for getting yourself in the right mindset to play your best game?

in my experience, and the experience of many people I know the answer is this:
playing great poker is all about giving every decision the attention/care and TIME that it deserves. The entire game boils down to your ability to make clearheaded and correct decisions whenever the action is on you. use your time bank (if you are online) take your time and think every detail through: range VS range, simulations you have run, HUD stats, SPR, position, etc. forget about the money, focus on decision making. when you get tilted and your mind starts to race, try to slow everything down and focus on the choices you have right in front of you,
your job as a player is to consistently make great decisions on a micro level, and the macro will take care of itself ($_$). in any given node of a hand we only have a couple strategic options (X, B, C, R, F, x/r , etc), choosing between them is where the skill is

Poker is a mental performance sport. When you start treating it as such, things change dramatically.
Both of the posts have some really good suggestions btw.
The main thing, I would add is start to dip your toes into meditation. I started out meditated a year ago using a free app, Insight Timer and it's really great!
