Hi. Like in the title. I had this problem for a really long time. Back in the day I was grinding NL100. Because of multiple reasons now I can only say that I consider myself a good microstakes player (NL20+) - when I bother with table selecting I win easily but I could win twice as much if I didn't lose my temper after being coolered or pushed out of the pot by aggressive regs. It's the worst with guys that "never bluffs". I just can't get over the fact that I have to fold everything to these ****** nits. I know I have to call sometimes by definition, but it is rarely different - they always have it. So then I start 3beting only A5s and A4s against them and they still 4bet 50% of the time. Or I start working out some bluffs to push them off the pot myself and they just reraise me like a fish. Seriously, I would have to bluff them once a day maximum to stay balanced. I have to slowplay my strong hands to keep my calling range strong but they don't even bluff enough so I just lose value and can't bluff myself because I don't have nuts often enough, wtf?
What is my problem? Do I lack humbleness? I can spot a player who has an edge over me but I still tilt and try to tilt him too to gain some edge loool. Most of the time I end up even more tilted because of my fancy play syndrome. Someone help me with words of wisdom!

Review all the hands in your poker tracker. Run specific Range research report against specific players. If tha does not help - get a coach.

My problem has its source in poor mindset. How should I approach playing against regulars?

It appears you're being outplayed mate. That is tilting for sure, but the solution is to get good, rather than improving your mental game.

Yeah, I think I agree with Iblis on this one.

First of all, there's nobody who "never bluffs." I've played against some mega-nits who will make a weird bluff/show once in a blue moon.

Also, what position and game style are you 3betting A4s and A5s?
