What evidence do you have that you have a good technical game?

Hey Juninhobob, realizing there is a problem is the first stem to improving.
There is quite some literature on the matter. However the advice I am going to give you is to be extremely honest with yourself and understand more why certain things that should not affect your performance, end up doing so.

The technical part is only vs. optimal players, that do not exist in real life. It is about experience. Psychologically, there is probably nothing one can do (a monkey brain) but get experience. The probability and statistics will probably just make you even more mad, as they don't work in real life! Psychological bias in selective memory is a case one can do some work with by taking note of all happenings, good and bad and in between and getting an experience of the opponents' ranges, as they don't have what they are supposed to have.

Hello! I hope my question on the topic! I'm new to poker. I played in online poker rooms, and now I want to try it in real. My partners on the table do not see me online. And in real poker, I'll be real. I'm afraid to start sweating with excitement and so on. e.I'm afraid my face will tell about my cards .( Is there a special simple training in order to remove the nervousness before the game? And how to learn to control their emotions? Is there training for poker players, or everything is decided by the experience?

This opens the door to a lot of hindsight. You don't want it to be acceptable to look back and say, "I play well, except for all those bad plays I make on tilt." When you stop playing rationally, you should quit immediately.

Everyone would agree on that, but some of the time people are so full emotional everything shuts off. Most times we are x% emotional, meaning we are aware we are emotional but will continue anyway.
So how do we go about changing our system to stop when we register we are irrational?
How do we see, create a connection, that irrational thinking isnt compatible with this profession.

It's a good question. It's good to discuss with yourself as to why you're playing poker and list the reasons why.

If it's to have fun, or make money, and you're not accomplishing that, recognize there are other ways to have fun, or other ways to make money.

At a semi-professional level you should start to construct specific reasons as to why you are in a game as opposed to studying, etc. It should be a few sentences long about three different opponents and what their weaknesses are. When you start to tilt, then you start thinking instead of your game plan, "I can't seem to win a pot." and then you quit.
