Hello all, I feel that I haven't given a whole lot back to the 2 plus 2 community. I post periodically in the Micro-Small Stakes strategy forum and I certainly have a lot to learn in regards to strategy and GTO.

However, I have figured out how I can give back. By being positive! There is a lot of negativity on these boards and I used to be a negative person myself. One thing that helped me improve my game was poker sayings, quotes, expressions etc..

So from time to time, I will be posting some of my favorites and hopefully they strike a chord with other members of the community =)

Been a while since I posted last. Going to go a different direction.

Recommend reading Power of Now and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle . I personally listened to the audiobooks.

After discovering Tolles work and with daily meditation, my tilt control has never been better. Poker pro BenCB also recommends his content, I believe a new earth was #1 on his top ten books list.
