Here’s my problem:

I am playing poker online and I win at an insane win rate. Crazy stuff. I end my session and the same thing happens every night... I end up playing higher stakes and losing everything I grinded and it happens all the time, I tried to look for a way to auto-exclude myself from certain stakes but on party poker you can’t. If I actually played my stake for which I am rolled I’d be destroying the field and I have the result to prove it... but I go play game I suck at like HU with 5 buy in and end up losing a week of grinding... idk how to stop myself from doing that.

Sounds like you're not getting any thrill at the stakes you play so then you go a bit mad.. why not start off at a higher stake to balance it out
I know everyone on here is always trying to be professional in their outlook but let's face it a lot of people start playing poker because it looks like an exciting way to make lots of money. If you are just grinding it out and getting no thrill then it's like a chore until the dam bursts and then you go chase that thrill in a irresponsible way . So set your sights a bit higher to begin with maybe

You need a plan. goals.
write down that you will play 1000 hands for the day or whatever amount of hands that you wanna play at a certain limit. any thing that is not on your plan don't do it.
