Have you heard of the ABC model of emotions?
It provides an incredibly useful framework of evaluating your situation here.
Activating Event --> Belief (Thoughts) --> Consequence (Emotions)
Everything that we experience in life is being procressed often subtly through this framework.
Your Activating Event is the string of big wins
Your Belief is that it means your due
The Consequence is that it makes you fearful
In order for you not to be fearful you have to change your belief.
And the big question is how do you actually do this?
By utilising the brain's main learning hack: repetition.
1) Invent your own thought that is counteracts this limiting belief you have e.g. "I am always looking to make the best decision I can in the moment"
2) Visualise this belief
3) Feel this belief in your body
Repeat this 10 times when you wake up, 10 times before you play and 10 times before you sleep. If you don't believe this works or want to put in the effort, good luck finding a more efficient method.
