Could a train mind reader, in a live poker game, narrow down hand ranges from body language and facial expression, even with no information preflop?

How would they go about doing this, and if the player the mind reader is trying to mind read is also a mind reader, does this complicate the computation?

Put Derren Brown in a game with new fish and he'll clean up better than any of us could.

Put him in a game with fish who have been playing a long time and aren't really that fishy but we could beat up just by playing aggro and not tilting, well, now he's probably not going to be able to generate as much edge.
