I've been a successful midstakes MTT player for some time... however, I've been trying to move past what's been essentially an ABC style of just betting for value, semibluffing a bit, and folding mostly everything else.

However... witnessing hands like this have pretty much broken my brain, and I've basically turned into a station. I can't seem to get the hang of bluffcatching/playing the marginal parts of my ranges, and it's driving me up a wall.

My main mental block is that I'm paranoid of being a nit/allowing bad LAG players to profit with any 2 cards/exploit me. Any advice would be much appreciated.
