How to listed to your instincts more

Dear 2p2ers!
I've noticed that my biggest mental leaks is that I convince myself into calling the opponents' bet or raise in spots where I instinctively know that I am beat.
I either
1.get emotionally attached to a pretty hand which just isn't good enough in that particular spot.
2.get mad for being outdrawn
Examples:
JJ-QQ preflop in raisewars, two pairs\sets postflop on straigt\flush complete boards, etc.
Has any of you had similar problems? Do you have any advice on how to correct it?
Thanks!

Each street is a distinct decision. If you aren't making good decisions you are a sucker. Let that sink in and morph into, "I think I'll act on my best decision."

It's quite a common issue. The fact that you realize it is a big step forward. To correct it, the best alternative is to come up with a structured thought process for these spots. For example, for bluffcatching you should think of:
- what is my opponent's worst value combo?
- do I beat any value (if yes, just call). if not it means you have a bluffcatcher.
- how many better combos than that can he have?
- considering total amount of value, how many bluff does he need for my bluffcatchers to call profitably?
=> decision to call or not call (ofc this is a process you should practice outside the tables to get good and quick with it)
If you decide you shouldn't call, but you still do it's good to pause the session and write down what your thought process was, then write what you think your thought process should have been. This way you develop awareness of your own leaks, and with time it's going to be less likely you fall into the same trap. Hope this helps
