Yeah. Personally it trained me to be pretty efficient/disciplined w/ my breaks, which has translated over into live play, where I'll probably take 10-15 min every two hours, or 5-10 every hour, depending. Can't say I do many marathon sessions, but in terms of focus & maxing out the actual hours I do spend @ a live venue, it helps alot.
