Create a yoga discipline that includes mediation. Live on the edge of what you are comfortable with and relax into it; either 10 percent harder or 10 percent easier (just don't stagnate). remember to breath, relax, feel, watch and allow life to happen.
If you aren't into the physical postures of yoga than just go to the gym. When you lift weights you have to breath and relax and feel the muscles tightening, you watch how your muscles feel and make adjustments until you find your EDGE and then you allow the sensation to pass through you. Tilt is worrying about something that happened in the past. Try to live in the present moment.
