then i just go and play blackjack. proceed to lose all my winnings and bankroll in one hand. how the fook do you stop gambling like this? I also play higher stakes MTT's and sngs which is just stupid. like playing $1000+ mtts with a bankroll of $5000.

By engaging your head before engaging your glands?

Ah...never mind. Engaging your head doesn't then seem to be an option.

In that case I have no advice. Just carry on until the money's gone and someone will then stop you from gambling for you.

Make poker into a game of grinding, not gambling. Obviously it's a gambling game at heart, but you know what I mean. That ****ty feeling you have when you lost at blackjack, remember that next time you're playing. Don't try to run up like 5 digit wins each night or you will go broke.

Because I happened to read the other treads OP made. If you did it wouldn't be so strange.

I read his threads, not seeing the reason to give him a hard time

Ban yourself from -EV games and games out with your bankroll on the poker client
Study the topic of addiction/impulses daily so its always on your mind.
Pay attention to what state of mind you are in in the moments before spaz out.
Build a strategy to distract yourself during these moments (exercise, music, take a shower, talk to friends, play computer games ect)
Keep a journal and track progress
If your persistent the habit will lose its grip on you, if not the harsh reality is that poker is not your forte
