What’s up guys.

I’m looking for some input regarding the lack of a proper support network and/or health system as it relates to pursuing poker.

Been around long enough to know it’s all on me and no one’s going to help; so, I’m certainly not looking to be pointed to xyz for a fix.

What are some individual activities you’ve done to better yourself in poker when faced with social discouragement and/or health problems?

If you're 40+, playing professionally but only making ~$20/hr, single, been playing a long time and American, you should probably try to emigrate to Canada because of the socialized health care system.

I'm thinking that the cost of health care and the savings required for an eventual retirement will be much too expensive in the US.

I guess you're not looking for, diet and exercise and expanding your circle of friends, type of advice.

There is nothing that motivates me to play poker more than learning something new about poker so, study.

When you are talking about a proper support network, are you speaking of a lack of support from friends /family, and when you say social discouragement? As for health issues, I can offer lots of advice on healthy eating and exercise...but I am not sure if you are asking about that or health insurance. And no, I would not move to another country.

Not sure how I ran into this thread... follow Dharma, and use poker to apply the practical concepts to your practice. The path of dharma is one of aloneness (not the same as loneliness), so it's making the best of the situation. Good luck.

I can only do external testing for you at this time as macOS (and therefore Xcode) isn’t available on my device, an iPad. Also, I am over 1,000 miles away from a password I need to utilize Apple Mail; so, I won’t be able “Send Feedback” to you through TestFlight. I’ll use the contact form on your webpage instead.

As a start, it’s not so very intuitive what arrangement the excel doc fields need to be in for a successful upload.
