Do you shuffle chips when you play online?

I bought some decent clay chips a while ago and now whenever I play poker online I shuffle them while I play online. Sometimes if I'm really itching to be playing live, I'll bust out all the appropriate denominations of chips to represent my current online stack in whatever cash game or tournament I'm playing in. I also keep a deck of cards handy and deal myself the hand I have online.
I like to pretend my desk is a poker table as well, so for example, if it's my turn to act and I'm facing a bet and think it's better to raise I'll sit there for a little while with a blank face staring at my online opponent's screen name pretending he's trying to read me and then eventually look down at my chips in real life, cut out a raise sized appropriately with the chips I have and then announce "Raise" to my online opponent and throw it out in front me, close to my screen.
Usually my opponent won't fold because they're a terrible player and don't respect my raises. When they donk lead the river on the third heart into my set of aces I start looking down at my cards. I sigh a lot and groan and then eventually throw in the call in real life before clicking call online. When he inevitably shows me a flush (it's literally every ****ing time) I roll my eyes and throw my head back before helicopter mucking my cards in real life.
Sometimes my cards fall off my desk area because it's not really a poker table and you can imagine how helicopter mucking might do that. So I yell out "FLOOOOOR" because there's a card or two on the floor. Sometimes my mom will come by (yeah I know even though I make 400k a year I still live with my mom) and say something along the lines of "what are you yelling for?" to which I'll respond "there are card(s) on the floor." Occasionally she'll come in and pick them up and put them back on my desk for me but usually she just tells me "shut the **** up" or "please move out."
So what about you guys? Do you shuffle chips when you play online poker?

I tried it before. I didn't like it. I have a buddy though who does it all the time. Over time he has learned to stack as many chips as his hands can pick up, although when he started he could barely do 3 or 4 heh.
Practice makes perfect!

I suppose one can have some fantasy but I have never done it while playing online. I have better things to do live also. Online, I drink (juice, coffee), smoke (water), listen/watch tv, music, eat if I have to, use an air cooler if need be, do some notes. I might check the phone, email, even the internet. I sit in my easy chair and relax, so it wouldn't even be natural to shuffle chips (with my left hand).

I shuffle chips while playing and there are 3 reasons for that:
1- It helps me smoke less
2- there is no live games where I live
3- It helps a little bit for stress (I guess?) like chewing gum.
I don't fantasize those thinga you said tho
