I don't usually think of all of that in the middle of the hand, but I get that a lot.
I hope you're doing good. I definitely need to do more meditation and yoga. It really does help.
I sometimes try and read way too many things such as now being up all night with like 40 tabs open and wanting to finish them and each time I read something I jump into another thing and it can kind of never stop, but my body needs rest, relaxation, quiet time and for me that's hard to put myself in that feeling of totally feeling amazing and having no worries/anxietys.
Anyways, meditation, yoga and connecting with people on a spiritual level. Having some sort of faith seems to help too.
I'm no professional and have lots of problems lol, but I guess I'm kind of venting too
