I used to always have a rough estimate in the back of my head.
I was burned out and the stress was unbearable.

Im meditating once in a while. In Poker static hot seat with Tommy Angelo he is talking about "visualizing brain activity as the surface of a lake". The more stress you feel the higher the waves are. Focusing on your breath and trying to visualize a calm lake has actually been a really good way to get rid of the stress.
