some days i lose money in poker and make money in stocks/bonds/gold... other days i kill the poker game and lose money in stocks and make money in gold... so i never really know if my net worth went up or down in a given day?
I used to always have a rough estimate in the back of my head.
I was burned out and the stress was unbearable.
Like i posted earlier - this client's story explained my situation very well.

Im meditating once in a while. In Poker static hot seat with Tommy Angelo he is talking about "visualizing brain activity as the surface of a lake". The more stress you feel the higher the waves are. Focusing on your breath and trying to visualize a calm lake has actually been a really good way to get rid of the stress.
Another book i highly recommend is How to stop worrying and start living.
