Always having the last word. Always having the last word.

I've noticed that many of the threads I've posted opinions in, I end up being the last post.
I may be superstitiously paranoid or just plain silly, I don't know.
Are fellow duecers avoiding me? Do I get people upset by what I say?
Thought hard and long about voicing this concern, feedback would be much appreciated.
Yours truly, mr. Insecurity.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks a lot fahhr.
I Maybe didn't express myself fully clear, I feel like I'm killing the conversation somehow when no responses come after me.
Thanks again.

I'll save you from having the last word in THIS thread. Any time I see your name at the bottom I'll type a response.

Dont trip- the threads just die off over time (and you probably spend a lil more time on here than the average user).

That being said, I believe we have had several back-and-forth's on threads and it is always insightful.

Insightful, wow, thanks.
well, first and foremost, I joined the forum to improve and I just like reading all things poker.
I try to give an opinion when I think I can contribute something "insightful" but I take most opportunities to stress i'm only a rec player.
I honestly consider my self more a donkey than anything else. Keep in mind, my definition of a donkey is a player who doesn't think at too high a level. Not necessarily a fish.
for example, I believe the term donk bet comes from someone who bets into the raiser because he's not thinking about the hand beyond his cards.
He called a raise, liked the flop, so he bets instinctively without thinking what his opponent might have or do. He's only playing his cards, not the opponent or situation.
Of course, not all donk bets are donk bets. It can also be a very sophisticated play in my opinion, when used properly.
Let's say I call a raise and whiff the flop but I know my opponent is timid and probably also doesn't have a pair. My bet with nothing might induce him to fold his better nothing.
It seems to me, a lot of people have been conditioned to think that this play is automatically a bad play, i'd call it a reversed c-bet.
ok, maybe i'm a better donkey than other donkeys.
And, you see jarin, here in lies my problem, I end up preaching and nobody likes a know it all, especially a donkey know it all.
I just found it curious, for lack of a better word, that after I give my two cents, the conversation dies, especially here in the psychology section if you noticed.

Hi jarin, you're the participant in the "he's a tournament player " chit chat.
I want to reiterate, your thoughts were very well put together and very knowledgeable.
I'll have the last word dog farm it!

You do come of as a bit of a stalker

It is weird that you think no one likes you and no one posts after you

What I get is that people are scared of you as they think if they befriend you, you will not shut up and as you come across from what I have read of your posts as boring, people want to go but you won’t let them

Think about it like this, would you kidnap someone who befriended you?

Have a honest think about what you would do?

Try some more cool words in your posts like lol, ead, bro, and many the odd profanity

Gl luck

Your thoughts could be so provocative that anyone who reads them is stunned and blown away to the point of being unable to respond.

Yikes, a stalker?!
Maybe I do come across that way. The whole idea of writing this post at all i guess is a bit weird of me.
Thanks for your honest opinion.
