I think many people misunderstand psych's role in daily life and of course the poker table. It isn't about jedi mind tricks or master manipulation of others. It is really about understanding your own motivations, thoughts and actions at the poker table to give you an objective angle over your feelings and plays.

I started poker well before I started learning psychology, and was amazed how similarly they can be learned and used together. I have actively saved hundreds per month using anti tilt methods.

Any anti tilt advice, stories, lessons or anything poker and psych related this is the place

Thanks, good read as "logical disconnect" can be at the heart of virtually all aspects of tilt. It's ofc far more complicated than that, but certainly a good jumping off point. Seems like an interesting book.
