its not something to feel down about either. its simply a label that society puts on you for the actions you make.

Your giving people jobs from being in hospital. being out of hospital frees up tax money to be spent on other things.

People shouldn't look down on people who have mental illness but they do and are free to do so. People look down on people who are rich and famous too.

people shouldn't look up to people either. we all are different. celebs generally hang out with other celebs because normal people or fans treat them differently.

I'm not sure what you're trying to prove, but it seems like you're attempting to invalidate emotions. I believe that emotions are never invalid. Take for example someone that's very sad for whatever reason. If you were to say to them, "don't be sad. Your sadness is merely a chemical reaction in your brain that's making you feel this way. Thus you're not really sad." you'll probably just end up pissing them off. This is armchair psychology and it does absolutely no good for anyone.

It's not simply a label. It's a disease.

well we all have free will to be sad.
we all have free will to call schizophrenia a disease.
People have freewill to look down on people with schizophrenia.
People have freewill to stand up for people with mental illness and educate society.

I enjoy playing poker sometimes lol.
