My account has been blocked, my mistake was that I opened multiple accounts. But never misused. I have always deposited money, very few time I withdrew as gift cards.
They can check that I was never involved in any thing malicious. I won a some money in a tournament yesterday and now they blocked my account. I did open another account but never deposited any money or withdrew from any account.
Please help me get back to the game.

I'm dealing with the same thing with my account, and customer service! Except I'm trying to log in like I have for YEARS with Facebook (the only way I have ever logged in). It keeps saying
"Error: An error has occurred and your request could not be processed. Please try again."
Global Poker has said my account is in good standing, no issues. They asked me to do the same things clear cache/data, delete the log in from Facebook, try another browser, incognito, asked for a screenshot and I have even done a bazillion other things to fix this! They answer back every time with the same exact answer like I have never asked this question! Even though it is the original email with all the previous ones attached, along with multiple screenshots! They have asked if I am sure if I didn't accidentally try to sign in using Google 😳🤯!!! It's so freaking frustrating!!!

Try all the normal stuff. Try logging in from different browser, different device, different IP address, such as local library.

Email pinned to account? Try logging in via email and reset password.

My account has been blocked and my ticket # is (#9488160)

I don't know what happened and Global just sent me an email asking me to write an essay as to where, why and how I play poker on the site.

I wish they would just tell me what the problem was. Please help

I’m having the same issue every time I log in using my FB linked account I get the error “ An error has occurred and your request could not be processed. Please try again.”
Does anybody have a resolution to this problem?

woke up this morning and it says my account has been blocked w/o any explanation..... can anyone help?
