You have "x" purchase balance to Net Zero (what is this?) You have "x" purchase balance to Net Zero (what is this?)

You have "x" purchase balance to Net Zero

^^This is what i see when i try to cash out after a recent deposit.

Funds have been processed on my payment card. However, when I got to cash out the funds that were deposited are being subtracted from the payout amount. I haven't seen this before.

Essentially, if you deposited $50 and then tried to withdraw $100 a day later it will say you owe $50 to Net Zero and only process $50 to your bank.

I suspect global is waiting for confirmation from their payment processor before a full cash out will be cleared? I assume this is to prevent charge-backs? Both of which I completely understand... i just want confirmation that this is what is happening.

I do have one concern. Since the deposit appears to be cleared my end, yet global still wants to subtract the money. What happens if i go ahead and cash out? Will the cleared amount on my end which is no longer pending ... be credited back? Or would i have a headache to deal with by getting double charged (my subtracted bank amount + global cash out subtraction)?

?

This is something new to global that I hadn't seen before. This also isn't some kind of ignition poker bonus play through requirement either.

Hoping for global poker mod response on this.

All withdrawals on Global Poker have a 100 percent playthrough requirement.

Is there anything in the above sentence that you do not understand? I will clarify further, if needed.

While the above may be true, it is not the reason for the message players are seeing.

This has nothing to do with the play-through requirements.

After Black Friday, I keep as little of my bankroll on sites as possible. I cashed out everything a few days ago forgetting to leave enough to continue to play (was distracted). Therefore, I redeposited a small amount instead of cancelling the cash-out and re-initiating it. I did this because Global's cash-out approval/processing times have been getting worse and worse and I did not want to restart the process.

Anyways, I more than doubled the deposit in a day which means I played through the whole amount (and probably 4-5x). Tried to initiate a cash-out 2 days after the deposit and got this warning '"x" purchase amount'. So I emailed them and this was their response...

Hi David,

Thank you for contacting Global Poker Customer Service.

We apologize for any confusion that the Net Zero detail has caused. It is an ongoing update to our payment system that you may disregard.

We can assure you that it won't affect your cash out request. You may proceed with your request as usual.
PS. You came off very rude to the previous poster.

I appreciate the serious and informed response. What you stated is basically what they sent me too.

I sent them a cover-my-own-arse reply that stated:

"Just to get clarification. If I cash out $1000 and it says i owe Net Zero $900 i should still receive $1000 in my bank account and not $100 like it states?"

For those curious this is basically what the discrepancy is:

It's basically stating:

(what you want to withdraw) - (recent deposits) = (total sent to bank)

I just requested a withdrawal and saw the same message...anyone have an update?

I sent customer service an email as well. Hopefully it's nothing. Decent chance I paid close to in rake what I am trying to cash out so I really doubt it's playthrough.

Hi everyone. Just to clarify, you will still be able to receive the full amount of your winnings that you have originally requested. Cheers!

Thanks for the clarification and speedy response Kimber!

This is confusing-cashed out 2k a week ago now looking to cash out another 1k off the same roll. Didn't make any new deposits and its telling me bla bla net zero. If it's nothing then why is it there to begin with? If I initiate the deposit and get charged cuz dollars I will be leaving global. Peace

I know i most likely have to play through my deposit before being able to withdraw, however I saw another TwoPlusTwo forum post about the topic and a Global moderator say that you will still receive you Withdrawal. If thats the case, why mention it to begin with?

Heres a link to the forum post.

Hey Kimbr, I submitted a support case ( 2838891 ) last night to get clarification on this message when I try to cash out. If I tell it to proceed am I going to see my full cash out request or what? I know this can't be a play through requirement in my case either. I was down to $10 in my account from my deposit until a nice tournament score last night.

Thanks

I think they just need to charge small deposit fees and one free withdrawal every 30 days, after that they charge a small fee to withdrawal. Then remove this net zero crap.
01-17-2019 , 06:43 PM
I don't see 15% being a small fee

i mis understood you, thought you were insinuating the amount in the net zero statement was a fee to withdraw

No No No. I am just telling them to be transparent and offer us the option to withdrawal with a fee.

I am having the same issue, I deposited and got a bonus but I have played and insane amount of hands since my deposit. They rejected my withdrawal but wouldn’t tell me how much more play through I had to have. I guess I just keep trying?

They emailed me and approved the cashout, good customer service from them so far

I know skimming through a 25 post thread for the official response post is a lot, but I think you can manage...
