Hello,

I figured I would expose Global Poker because they don't want to reply to my emails. They temporarily suspended my account because I had a questions about a few extra purchases on Paypal that were hit on me or weren't authorized by me. If they don't want to get to the bottom of this I will post emails of what occurred. Never heard of a company where you can't call customer service and are telling me email is the only option.

Why don't you start by posting the emails? Your thread is going to do very little to leverage global into responding if that is indeed the case.

I just want to know if it happens to everyone. It isn't the first time they have been stealing money, but I guess it just makes sense with all these WPN networks and now Global. Just want my money and will never touch this software on website again.

It has not happened to me so that answers your question. Hope this gets resolved and best of luck elsewhere.

I am going to stick to Live now. These customer service reps, software, bots, blocked accounts randomly, overcharged purchases. Anddddd we still sit here and nothing gets done. All this rake, and where does this money go? How about towards some security preface to avoid super users, bots, collusion. It happens everywhere.

soooo can we see these crazy emails you speak of or the charges? Anyone can come on here and say whatever. Hell look at 80% threads on here.. Bots, over charged, stoel my money, stole my children. The list goes on.

I am just telling you what happened. No need to get mad. I am not receiving any responses after telling me my account is temporarily suspended until I figure out charges with paypal. I am not one to dispute anything though and want to work it out with the company, but they are giving me no opportunity. Call it what you want. Joe Ingram was dead on with his videos. These scumbags will continue to get away with it and idiots like you will keep depositing, but all is good for you until they decide to steal your money. I don't want to see you on here when it happens to you.

Why are you so reluctant to post the emails? Another poster told you that the more info you give us, the better we can understand where you're coming from.

Unless you authorize a subscription type service (recurring payments), just because you've used PayPal to purchase at a site doesn't mean they have access to charge your account again. You need to personally authorize each purchase.

If in doubt, you can look to see if you have any subscriptions when you log into your PayPal account.

Where's the Joe Ingram video about global poker?

Seriously, he's not posting the emails because he's lying, Global didn't "hit his paypal with unauthorized charges", they don't do that and paypal doesn't work that way as Last Laugh pointed out.

NOT defending the site, if they are doing something wrong that needs to be brought to light and addressed, and that includes not responding in a reasonable time. tbh I have my doubts about that as well, but if customer service isn't responding for days that's a problem. My guess is OP is counting hours as days.

But until you are willing to post these emails OP and provide some actual evidence, I call BS on your story that global is charging your paypal unauthorized AND paypal is processing unauthorized purchases.

Not sure who you are calling OP or what that even means, but I can see why people don’t press issues is because they get bullied about it on forums. I haven’t been replied to in days about this matter, and I am not making up illegitimate claims. You act like I would lie about this when I could easily have got my money back through Paypal. I am new on here to bring light to an issue. I will not be talked down to. We are all adults and if you want to act like a child because you have more experience around here stay away from my thread.

You do realize you don’t have to authorize every payment to get hit with it. Prime example Coinbase. Paypal wouldnt have a claim department for it if it didn’t happen. So please stop acting like you know everything.

Not talking you down, please bring your evidence. If global is wronging you I, and I think you'll find this forum, will support you and demand the site explain themselves and make it right.

Until you do, you're not actually bringing anything to light.

Third, as gluten has indicated... if you brought forth ANY evidence what so ever besides "Whaaaa Global did me wrong" We would actually go and CHAMPION your claims and demand Global fix the situation.

Go dig back in the threads a little, it will require work, but you can do it. There is a locked thread where someone made an error with their PayPal account (Or at least PayPal felt it was an error) and this community rallied behind them and reached out with them to Global to demand they get back $50,000. Correct, that is a 5 digit number.

Just going to take a stab in the dark here, the amount you claim (because that is all we have at this point, a claim) to have taken from you is at least an order of magnitude less than the figure I just said above

If not... PROVE IT. Actually prove anything. Like anything at all.

All of the criticism above hopefully points out to you the one thing everyone is actually trying to say to you.

And we can't do that if you won't show us more than just empty words. You are going to need to have at least a shred of evidence to help us help you push this forward.

We all want Global to improve, and if they have screwed you over, we want to know, because we want that fixed.... but right now all we have is vapor. We don't even have smoke. And we for SURE don't have any fires.

First off I have no idea what OP meant or I wouldnt have asked.. right off the bat you are so negative. You are absolutely bullying, but I would expect nothing less. I can’t even get a reply from the emails anymore. I am talking about what happened to me to inform people. I have more to do with my time then fight over 160 dollars and feel a need to send emails to prove what I am saying when I can’t even get a reply from the “support” email. Pennies to me. I am just shedding light on what is happening to me and I am sure hundreds more. You realize not every poker player know about this forum you ignorant f$&@. I will be back when I hear about the site slowly stealing funds to say weird the same thing happened to me but no one listened. This will be my last post before I just deal with the issue through Paypal. Waaaaaay less complicated than this fraud activity going on. I gave GP the benefit of the doubt and tried to even ask for a phone number to call and no answer. You grimy rats will be the first to attack when money is taken from you.

Also good luck playing against collusion, super users, etc. because none of that happens either.

Also them taking $160? Really? That is your claim?

I think way more likely is

You ran up $160 by creating 80 $2 accounts and chip dumped and now they won't give you any money. This is for sure what you did.

Oh yeah... and my proof that you did this... just going to have to take my word for it. Since I posted it on the internet... it means its true.
