I have recently submitted a cash out request of $1,001.00 on Global and was told I cannot receive the cash out due to “limitations” on my PayPal account lol. I called and spoke to 2 different PayPal reps and they personally told me I have absolutely NO “limitations” on my account.

I have NEVER had any issues receiving cash outs or any money to my PayPal account. Now all of a sudden, there are limits lol? Has anyone ever had this issue?

Are you sure there are no restriction on your paypal account ? Don't they only allow up to XXXXX amount of transfers / deposits on an account per month ? With the XXXXX amount being different for each account. Is it possible you have reached that limit ?

There are no restrictions according to two PayPal reps. I even inquired about possible max limits on the amount of money being sent. I was told there are no maximum amounts of money that can be sent. Which I agree on because I have buddies in eCommerce raking in $10K+ a day through PayPal. I don’t know what the issue is.

It's different for every account. I remember when I first open my PayPal account I was restricted to a total of $10,000 in total cashouts ( with a monthly limit also imposed ) until I verified my account.

I would manually double check my account if I were you. It will show if you have a limit on it or not and if not, I would just request the cashout again from Global Poker and wait to see what happens.

Good Luck !

Pay Pal is the NUT LOW of companies . Reps are clueless and horrible . That's if you can even get a rep on the phone . Good Luck but I suspect you have limitations hooked on your account. Nobody starts out on Pay Pal with Unlimited abilities for in or out transactions. To much fraud out there.

After some research, I called PayPal for the THIRD time and still told me there are no “limitations” on my account. Also I was informed that there would be NO WAY for Global Poker to know that as well...If there was a “red flag” PayPal would allow the transaction to complete but funds would be placed on a temporary hold until the issue was resolved. Meaning, There is an issue with Global Poker, NOT PayPal.

As an extra precaution, I upgraded my 2 year old Verified PayPal account to a Business account so there would be no excuses on a limit of received funds. I have followed up with Global Poker, and I was told that the issue was forwarded to the Payment department. I have never had issues with cashing out until this occured.

Well sir in Omaha Hi/LO you are holding what's called

You now have done business with The Nut Low of Poker and Nut low of Payment Process companies.

Don't know much about Paypal, but I don't think that many players would agree with you that Global is the "nut low of poker." Of course, that fact doesn't mean that Global isn't the nut low of poker, but many of us even in the U.S. have options other than Global (Ignition, ACR, Carbon) and have stayed with Global because of our positive experience.

Sorry that your experience on Global was a negative one.

Update:

I was successfully paid for the following cash out request of $313.14 and have a pending cash out of $205.00 on the same day. Yet, my cashout of $1,001.00 is still being held hostage and has not yet been returned to my GP balance nor PayPal. So the issue seems to be with the amount I requested to cashout lol. What is going on Global Poker !?

I hate to sound like a broken record but the smaller cashout going through while the larger one didn't points to the possibility of the first cashout exceeding your paypal limits.

Having limits on your paypal account isn't the same as having flags on it. Have you checked your paypal transaction limits yourself without relying on a rep. It's easy to check. It should say in your profile or main paypal page.

Update: Yesterday I emailed Customer support and they were quick to reattempt the cashout. Fortunately, it was successful and received the funds the same day ! Hopefully there won’t be any more issues with cashing out.
