When global poker came out, i made an account to get my free $2.00 or whatever the promotion was at the time. A year or so later, i forgot that i had originally made an account, and made another to check out the games. After checking out the games i decided to stay on ignition.
Fastforward to earlier this week, i had been thinking about joining global so i can play more than 4 tables of cash at once, but i know that they have a policy against having two accounts, so i email them and explain the situation. This is what they reply:

Yes, we may still open your account as it has been blocked because our system detected duplicate accounts registered under the same details. Please note that as per our Terms of Use, we only allow one account per player as stated:
"3.1.2. You are allowed to have only one Member Account on each Platform. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you have opened or try to open may be blocked or closed."
In line with this, we have already closed this account. You may still continue to use your original account with screen name "DubaZoogen ".
And in order for to re-open your original account, we will need first to fully verify your account by sending us the following documents:
1) Government Issued ID - This can be a Drivers License or Passport. This should be an ID that is issued by the US Government
2) Proof of Address - This will be your bank statement or utility bill. Pertinent information should be visible as well such as your name, address, issuance date and the company logo. It should be 3 months old.
Kindly refrain from opening additional accounts in the future, as any attempts to create a new account to play in the poker room will result in the account being disabled permanently and all funds associated with that account being confiscated.

So i assume that everything is good with my account and make a deposit, play for acouple days and everything is good until today when my account is blocked. I explained everything to them via email and they said i could play, now i am blocked. i dont understand what i did wrong? I would like to continue playing there but if not can i atleast get my money back?
I emailed global and opened a support ticket but they are not being very responsive. Hopefully this thread will clear things up.
