I currently have most of mine back. At first I got some back, an amount which matched exactly to 1 of the tables. Cool, they're working through it 1 table at a time I assumed. But now I have most of it back, but not all, and the variance is an amount that makes no sense for any of my tables.

I track my balance in excel when playing and have screenshots of the tables so I know precisely what my balance should be. I have faith we'll get it right eventually but this latest weird balance amount is a bit disturbing since I can't explain how they would come to it.

But I’m still missing my 500 sweeps from daily 5 hundo. I came in first 7/22 and 7/23. Got my funds after last nights bink right away but still missing Monday’s...

Anyone else still not get paid? Seems like cash players did anyone else missing tournament funds?

I am missing approximately $16.5k SC from my Global account. The initial response from Global Poker support is:We cannot see any missing or stuck funds from your recent games and can confirm that the balance on the account is correct.

Thankfully I have plenty of video evidence of this. I'm fairly confident Global is going to refund this money, but I also feel extremely lucky to have video evidence of this, and would be in a really compromised position if I didn't have this footage. Scary stuff. My issue is currently: not resolved

Missing funds are what I had in play at the time of the crash. I have evidence for 16.5k missing, but actual # is probably higher because I nearly always have 3-4 additional tables on other monitor. I hope global has a way to actually find the right amount. 16564.09 minimum.

Ughhh what a disaster after waiting all day they said my account balance is correct. But I won the same tournament back to back nights.

They think my 500 from last nights win means my account is up to date lol.

Had to re open ticket and now have to try again lol kimbr plz come back!!

Glad I took pictures/ss of lobby after each win but wish I had on video too.

Kinda annoying they only update support tickets once every 24 hours? at least thats what it seems like. maybe they are just putting others off to the side due to sheer volume of so many messed up accounts.
