I would send an email to support to ask that question, which you probably already have. Also they are in Australia so don't expect to hear back until Sunday afternoon sometime.

All the same, that stinks with your account, I hope they get that cleared up for you in a timely manner.

I'm having trouble cashing out. I was going to recommend this site to friends, but seeing how things are going now I do not recommend this site.

A customer support rep name Arci was helping me with updating my profile and cashing out. I sent in 3 forms of verification. Things were going well and then my cash out request got canceled. They stop replying back to my emails. Now my money is still in Global Poker's site.

I guess I am confused. To me it looks like those emails are going well. Perhaps there is more to it than I am seeing?

I can not believe how ridiculous Global poker has been to cash out.. I have made 3 attempts to cash out this last time and everytime they deny me I contact customer support and they say im ok to cash out than I get an email from the cash out department claiming I haven't used all my sweeps cash yet and the previous rep says I did. I have cashed out 4 times with every single time being a nightmare. This is such a joke... I have taken screen shots of ALL the back and forth emails and I wish I wish I was full of ****...

What they mean is probably you have not met the play through requirements to cash out would be my guess. Yes worst customer support I have ever personally dealt with. Having said that cashouts have been smooth in general for me.
