I have contacted support a couple of times regarding this constant problem. I get the usual check your internet, cookies, etc. This is not the problem. I have gone through that whole scenario. Other players are having the same problems and have contacted support also. Nothing has changed!! Sit in a tournament and you are bound to see players disconnected. It happens all the time.

I was playing in a tourney last night. Nice stack. Things going just as they should and then the disconnections start. I can see my cards though. And I can chat in the chat box, but i cannot play my hand. No buttons to click. Sometimes it lasts for a few seconds but most of the time it lasts a round or two. And often i can sit through a whole game with no ability to play my hand. I mean 68 minutes and i can play 3 hands?

Then it is on auto fold. My turn, but i have no buttons to click to make my decision on my cards. No "sit in" button either. I sit and watch my cards folded and i cannot play them. I try closing the table and reopening it. I have even tried to reload the entire site and still it auto folds my cards. This is extremely frustrating. Especially in the middle of a game when you think everything is going well with the site. Then it starts.

And hey, I paid to play these games.

I have contacted support. So what now? When are your tech people going to look into this problem?

It is time that you fixed the disconnection problems.

How long have you been playing on Global? Because if you played with them for the last 3 months you would be saying the Disconnects are drastically reduced. I still see them occasionally now (although personally they haven't happened to me) but rest assured they were constant in the past.

If you have been here a while and you haven't seen a change, there could be something on your end that may be causing issues as well.

Have played a significant amount of volume with maybe 1disconnect since they said they fixed it. I used to be big on stating they need to fix it so not shilling here.

It may be a problem with your browser or PC because the disconnects just aren't happening anymore on my end. I'd try some different browsers.

Well, i have been playing at Global since Feb. So i have been on long enough. You say they are less than before.... ah no.
The auto folding is absolutely ridiculous. Right now a friend of mine is playing in a tourney and has had buttons for ONE HAND. All the rest of the hands are auto folding him. Refresh does not work. Close and reopen the table does Not work. As a matter of fact he just told me the whole table is on auto fold.
So what? Everyone there has a problem???? No. give me a break.

Don't tell me it is my browser .... it is not. I have tried Chrome and Firefox. That is NOT the problem. That is the same line that support gave me. It is not about cookies or anything else like that. It is not on my end. They have the problem and need to fix it.

What needs to happen is the tech guys at global need to get up and fix things. When you see a whole table disconnected then guess what, it's on there end.
And i play more than one site. No problems there.

So are there any tech guys from global that even read this?
