customer support is no help and there moving the post's into the disconnect thread.

this is absolute bull****. they deny the fact that some people cant log in. like as if were makeing stuff up.

anyone find out anything? or get to be able to log in and how?

it will not let me log in bro

i know 100% other people are having this problem. you need to check into it. and i tried to even log in on 5 different web browsers and nothing via the Facebook option wont let me in.

so i reset password 2 times and try that way and it says invalid username or password ad its not.

what is this?

and customer support will not help me

ive tried from 4 different web browser on computer and on phone nothing lets me log in.

i was playing last night long session and all of a sudden it disconnects kicks me out and now i can not log in any way. i even tried to reset my password and then it just says invalid password or email and it is not wrong or invalid. its correct! i normally log in thur Facebook and that wont connect me either phone or computer. so obviously somethings wrong and support just acts like nothings wrong and says everything's fine and wont respond to my very detailed messages.

what is this bs?

I also just logged in. Not quite sure what is up but hopefully support will be able to help you figure it out.

I just logged in, working here too. Thread down to 20%.

If your friends are near you it may be something localized, it's clearly not on GP's end.

bro its gotta be some bug or something. like im telling the 100% truth why would i waste my time trying to contact them for hours and hour and message on here.

like they support just acting like everything is fine and obviously for me its not i need to be able to log in and it wont let me. i have been very detailed and no one is helping i need help to get in account so if it works for everyone else why not me?

I'm going to be very detailed. This is what happened

I was playing a long session
All of a sudden the site crashes okay I re load the site try to log back in it doesn't let me in
The site says it's under cunstrution even once

I try to log in it doesn't let me I try from 4 different web browsers and phone and computer
Doesn't not log me in

I normally log in via Facebook option
So then I reset my password and try
Doesn't let me still
4 different browsers phone and computer

When I try to type out the email and pass it says it's invaild and it's not it's correct and the Facebook option does not let me in

What is wrong!? Why has this happened? I need help. Help me get into my account pleaseeeeeee

I have said nothing but good about your site brought many people to it and this is happening to me why? This is not right and I have even sent support messages and some guy ignored me and acted like nothing was wrong. That is not okay.

Well, one potential obvious issue is that when the site crashed it took your status with it. It is possible that the site is recognizing you as still logged in and not allow you to do it again.

I just logged in, but the toolbar is different and the 'play poker' button is missing. I had to click the 'Play Poker Now' button in the big ad under the toolbar, but it took me into the lobby.

You do realize they are in Australia, yes? They seem to remain short staffed and this is very late at night for them. The one issue they do have is the lack of instant access to customer support via a live chat or something.

excuse me? i play many sites online and live it has nothing to do with what stake or anything. this has to do with principle and integrity to treat every player with good service and respect.

so how does this issue get fixed if it thinks im still logged in? and yes i understand they are under staffed and its a shame but support messaged me to me i qoute "its fine, try again" then ignored my ass


its a shame the site is poorly managed because the vision and idea is good but they need more help. and better support and live chat for things like this.

I don't know. They seem to have been understaffed for the last 6 months. Hard to believe it is that tough to find potential employees to monitor a catchall email account 24/7 and one IT personnel on call 24/7.

I get that in the States everyone expects instantaneous corrective action, but months to address a fairly simple fix seems to be a bit much to accept. At this rate, you will may have to wait another 6 hours or so and hope one of their reps stops by here.

FWIW, I got two 404 error messages, (cannot find page), with a deprecation warning attached to them for the front page and that may explain why the 'play' button has disappeared on my screen, or not.

customer support told me this "Thank you for contacting Global Poker Customer Support.

Upon checking your account, I have verified that you have your account created under your Facebook. We do apologize the password reset link not work on accounts created under Facebook. However in order for you to log in to your account please make sure to log in to your Facebook first the on the Global Poker website then click on log in via Facebook. Or you can directly go to Global Poker website then click on log in via Facebook then enter your facebook username/email and password.

i said are you ****ing jokeing me? of course i did that. i know how to log in im not 3 years old. ive tried over 100 times all browsers phone and computer. i'm locked out for some reason and obviously there no help. its not on my end its a bug in there software its gotta be

okay so after a very long and confusing process the only person who would listen and figured out how to fix it is Nicole from support! if anyone else has this problem ask for nicole!

we got it fixed. if you see this Nicole thank you very much and i want to apologize for my frustration and anger but this was a glitch in there system that should have never happened!

quite the tantrum and pretty early for a monday morning gez. Can we change the thread title to "wont let ME log in" instead of us, the only us is a couple friends you mentioned but myself and everybody else that had posted had no issues, eventested it for you. And as the "pro" you claim to be you should know better than to throw this kinda fit on a public forum, and also what was actually going on with your account. Don't tap the glass bud.

If you really want to be a hero maybe post this info Nicole gave you that solved the mystery? Or is it too trivial and obv from your end that your embarrassed after making 25+ posts in a few hrs about it?
