I don't know. They seem to have been understaffed for the last 6 months. Hard to believe it is that tough to find potential employees to monitor a catchall email account 24/7 and one IT personnel on call 24/7.
I get that in the States everyone expects instantaneous corrective action, but months to address a fairly simple fix seems to be a bit much to accept. At this rate, you will may have to wait another 6 hours or so and hope one of their reps stops by here.
FWIW, I got two 404 error messages, (cannot find page), with a deprecation warning attached to them for the front page and that may explain why the 'play' button has disappeared on my screen, or not.
