so gambling laws are so easy to sidestep that i can allow ppl to gamble if i first have them purchase marshmellows to bet with, and then allow them to exchange the marshmellows for cash on their way out of the door?

You are purchasing Gold Coins and on top of that we are giving you free bonus $weeps. You can play for both currencies, and you can cash out your free $weeps when you win. Its a different business model that is deemed legal.

A serious question: How is the site going to make money? Isn't it illegal for you to charge a rake at the tables even if the rake is sweeps cash? Where is the site's revenue going to come from?

Already mentioned that rake is 5 percent up to 3 dollars. There is a reason they make you play 300 hands at .10 and higher to qualify for the 10k. For a new site has some descent traffic which they are looking to expand on. Hopefully they will be as legitimate as they appear to be.

Hi there! We generated revenues for every tournament fee and rakes from cash games/tables just like other poker sites do.
