Hello so today i got an email saying my account is being investigated on global. I unknowingly broke tos because i didnt read it and had a vpn always in use on my phone but never had an issue until i travelled abroad and opened the site which might have caused a flag. I take full responsibility for my ignorance but i had 6.6k in my account and im very much stressed of what is going to happen to my funds as i stupidly kept all my money on global instead of my bank account literally only have 500$ on there. Can anyone shed light on what usually happens in these situations i understand if they wanna ban me but these funds being taken would be detrimental to my mental health as they are like 3 times my monthly wage and i have expenses coming up. Thank you

Usually it states in there tos service that if you use any prohibited software they will confiscate your money. From your explanation it seems like you weren't trying to cheat anyone but if I were you I would just tell them the real deal or tell them you usually use VPN for work and it was always in etc....

I told them the truth and still waiting for a reply im very worried if they seize the funds as they are alot more than i have in the bank

Idk man, as much as I want to dunk on OP, because we've had our beefs, and I think they are just a very disingenuous person, global has proven to me that they will try to steal every dollar they can. Good luck Cisolite, I think you deserve your money back, you have to admit though my read on you being a bit of a snake though was pretty spot on.
