Verifying Bank Account Verifying Bank Account

Recently there's been a change to Global where you cannot cashout SC via Prizeout without verifying a bank account.

My bank has a history of freezing accounts linked with poker sites. Pokers just a hobby for me, so I'm hesitant to take any risk. I don't play for much money. I think I've cashed out ~3k via Prizeout. Is there anyway around this?

Or, can someone recommend a bank where they haven't had any issues withdrawing I can open an account with?

It should not matter based in their model
Banks are not looking to police your activity. They'd let you buy nukes if they didn't get in trouble.

Two safe options,

1. Go to your existing bank and ask if they have an issue with the site. Tell them you're considering joining it amd want to see if they accept transactions in and out of the site. You will have to be very clear about it all and that you don't officially okay for real money.

2. See if someone will PM you with a bank they have already had success with and then open an account at same bank. Maybe say what area you are located to get same ABA. Large banks often have multiple ABA numbers.

Thanks.

If anyone is willing to PM me, I'm in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia area)

Looks like your 2+2 can't accept PMs yet - not sure what you have to do to get that changed though

Yeah.

It's to prevent scammers/spammers from sending PMs out. Mods will approve you when they see your posts are legit.

Maybe @Bobo Fett can help you, he's the gunslinging mod Verifying Bank Account

I really don't think you have anything to worry about. I would just open a new account at any bank, preferably one that wants to give you money to open one (and definitely one with no fees). Then use that solely for Global. If somehow the bank doesn't like a transaction with Global (and it doesn't show up as Global Poker, so I don't know why they would have a problem) they will probably tell you. But they won't confiscate your funds or close your account.
