I need a global poker rep please i have no ideal how to send message to rep here.

My situation is this back in june i had a house fire my home burned down. I tried to withdrawal 200$ after the fire with no utility bill because it all burned up in the fire i just sent the ID with the house that burned downs address. I was told that it wasnt acceptable wich i understand. This sunday i win the 15k guarantee and
withdrawal 3,000. I immediately receive an email to go through the verification process. I Comply sending my new I.D with a bill from my residence the next day I'm sent an email saying my ID was all ready excepted i just need a bill from my old address where the fire took place. Obviously i cant get a current bill from that address. I Email back explaining all this i get no response for two days. In these two days i sent many emails some were nasty i apologize. I opened a new thread i my email and finally received a reponse stating they would be back too me Within 24-48 hours they have turned it over to the integrity department. Well 48 hours is almost here. I'm extremely stressed i need this money badly i have about 3,000 in my account play several hours a day and I'm relying on the money. I'm so stressed any response regarding this issue would bring me much releif

Sorry to hear that your house burned down. Glad you survived!

Your utility company should be able to give you another copy of your bill.

I don't know of anyone who has had any long-term issues getting their monies from Global as long as they submitted the proper documentation to Global.

Keep us posted on your progress in getting your $$$!

It's 2018...it's not hard to get an electronic copy. Request, submit, withdraw. Nothing complicated about verification process unless something is off.

I sort of agree here . If my house burned down. My electric company would still have my bills from current to all the past bills on file . If I had access to a computer and internet I could have a copy of my Electric , Gas or Cable bill in seconds.

I can access my last 24 months of Electric bills/statements online, downloadable in PDF. Pretty easy.

Thats what i thought integrity department sounds different then the verification department. I only play on my cell phone wich has no chat box so its not like Ive ever discussed hands or anything like that. I would be highly offended to be accused a cheat for abdolutly no good reason at all. The house was in my mothers name I only had a cable bill in my name. I now live in my new house so im still confused why they need an old address from 6 months ago.i have all the proper bills and stuff at my new house. I don't understand why that isn't good enough. Last night global emailed me back finally asking me to send my ID and cable bill back that it wasnt clear enough I emailed it immediately back with a letter from my mothers insurance company that talked about the payment made to her with the address of the house that burned down. I appreciate everones tips on what to do. Its very frustrating the last two months I haven't been working putting many hours on global poker (wich i don't mind at all) i think i hit a good score and it has been nothing but stress about trying to get my Money. When i deposit they sure have no problem taking it. Im just saying. If i get paid i will post it.

I might have posted that wrong i sent all the proper verifications from my new address why is that not good enough? Why do i need to show documents from where i used to live? I sent just an ID six months ago from an old address hoping it would work. It didn't. So six months later i send all the correct stuff where i live now and that want the old stuff. Maybe im crazy but that is silly. Even if the electric bill was in my name why would i need to show them documents from a place i used to live?

Please work with support@globalpoker.com to get your account verified. Just explain what you can find and they will assist you. Please be aware there are certain requirements that we must have fulfill so we will need to work together to get some documentation.
