I have been trying for days and days to verify my account and start playing on Global. I sent in a drivers license that had unknowingly expired(my birthday was like 7 days ago). Understandable that you can't accept it and the verify system seemed to be working fine, when they denied my verification i got an email that stated why. So, once i realized my ID was expired(thanks, headed to the DMV next week to fix it) I uploaded my passport and the next day I came back to check and it had gone back into an unverified state. I got no email from global telling me why, so I submitted my passport again. It went to "pending" state and after about 3-5 minutes went BACK to unverified. No email again.

At this point I reach out to global support, but have gotten exactly 0 responses back since. I really want to play on Global, but this has been one of the worst sign up experiences of any poker site i've ever tried to play on.

Just ask gazzyb123 how hard it is for a euro account to get verified

Seems these are both on you. Your license was expired and to sign up you need a state issued ID and a passport will not work. It is in the TOS.

you're incredibly wrong.. they were just really slow and after a couple weeks got around to approving it with the passport. It says right there in the TOS that you can use either.. Nice try at being a **** though.
