I'm traveling outside of the U.S. for about 6 days and i was wondering if it's still ok to play while out of the Country? I'll be in Paris and Burgundy, France.

I think this question came up in the past as someone was playing from Singapore or something like that. The general concensous was it was fine as long as the country you were visiting doesn't block the global poker domain (think China).

You actually can play on Global from any country that doesn't block it all of the time, you just can't convert $weeps Cash to USD unless you have a USA address (minus WA state) and Canada (minus Quebec).

With that said, I would for sure send in a support ticket and get the offical answer as if something goes south you don't want to fall back on, "Some random on 2+2 said it would be fine"

You're saying you can't cash out if you live in WA? I thought you just couldn't buy in.

I don't live there, so I haven't tried it personally, but my understanding is WA state can't even play in the GC games, or the play money on poker stars. So if you live in WA, I wouldn't mess with it, email support and see what they can do.

You can play gold coin games in WA state, but they will not let you play $weeps games. (Don't ask me why, I get this info from a friend who lives there)

Also correct on pokerstars, not even play money if you live in WA state. Weed is legal there, but not play money poker that's going too far. LOL

I'm playing $weeps games from WA right now. I explicitly asked about it and according to Joey and Kimber, we are no longer allowed to purchase from WA but can still play and cash out.l I asked twice if a WA resident could purchase while physically located in another state (say, while on vacation) but they both completely ignored that question.

Need an update on this:
Can we be traveling and playing (but not cashing out)?

i traveled abroad for 3 months playing global and was ok. no vpn.
