What's the grey area? Laws are clearly available for all to see. They report audited financial for all to review. Pretty transparent actually.

Not familiar with that part. A judge ruled poker isn't gambling and I'm not aware of any bookmaking aspect of Global.

You aren't. You buy gold fugazy coins. They give the sweeps cash for free. Is it an end around? Sure, but the laws are written and if someone has found a loophole in them, then good on them. It's obvious what is being done, but they are legally inside the written law. States like Washington has worded things differently and that's another story. Overall, they operate cleanly inside US law.
