I just experienced a glitch I have never seen before, im 6 tabeling SNGs, one screen I get AQ, plenty of time left, I go to raise and it just folds me, anyone else had this happen?

Just started playing again after last post, load up a game, get aces, and global logs me off, I hate being this guy but comeon on global, that log off crap has been happening since I joined global like 4 months ago.

As requested by Joey for the "preferred" method to submit glitch removal requests - I sent the following direct PM with detailed information.

Although he is polite and I appreciate that. I still think it is an unacceptable answer. I only possess basic coding knowledge and debugging the software issue should not be that difficult. IF any significant amount of effort ever went into resolving this issue.

It raises the question of how capable and coordinated the GlobalPoker/VGN team is behind the scenes.

If I try to reload again & it kicks me from that table or a random table I'm going to lose my mind. Happens sometimes multiple times a day. I don't have time to be searching for the specific table I got kicked from and sometimes refreshing my page doesn't pop it back up.
